INFRASTRUCTURE

Right from yarn to making fabrics of different quality in cotton, Synthetic, blends like viscose / modal, Polyester, melanges, yarn dyed, organic, slub, Compact yarn etc.,

01.

KNITTING

knitting division is equipped with high speed automatic circular and jacquard knitting machines with a capacity to manufacture 5,000 Tons of fabrics per annum. These machines enable us to easily customize fabrics and create innovative designs to cater to the demands of our global customers. Fabric production enables us to meet both in-house requirements and market needs.

02.

DYEING

Our dyeing unit is tasked with producing fabric in various desired colours for use in garments with an installed capacity of 6 tons/ day. With our electronic colour matching system you can be assured that your final fabric has the intended colours for further processing.

03.

COMPACTING

Our fabric finishing division is well placed to offer the best fabric finishing solutions. Our finishing unit comprises cutting edge equipments and machines like wet spreaders, relax dryers, stenters with weft straightening arrangements, compactors, brushing, and sueding.

04.

PRINTING & EMBROIIDERY

Printing is one of our chief strength. we produce innovative and trendy designs in pigment, reactive and discharge up to 10 colours with engineered repeat options. Embroidery is carried out on our machines with a capacity of 10000 pieces daily for a basic design.

05.

CUTTING

Fabric cutting that ensures the desired styles has been perfected with the use of computerized Lectra CAD markers.
We have installed Lay cutting machines with automatic spreader that are highly advanced in our production unit. To avoid angle variations in shape, we use effective band knife cutting machines.
A separate squad is appointed to monitor the quality of fabric as soon as the fabric is inhoused.

06.

STITCHING

our production units equipped with latest state of the art machines, our production facility is optimized to produce 12 million garments per annum. A strong Infrastructure enables us to meet the customers requirements even before the proposed deadline. 

07.

CHECKING

Shade variation, garments shape, sleeve to sleeve uneven, collar shape, neck shape and measurement will be checked. .We use Garments checking in each and every process so that we can reduce all the problems before it makes a big problem or issue. Before packaging of garments must be check out. It is so much important before buying whatever the garment is made by exporter or other foreign countries.

08.

IRONING & PACKING

We always press the garments on stream iron on Vaccum tabels to ensure clean look, because first appearance is the best and we always think from the consumer part of view.

Packing done in good export worthy carton packs to ensure clean and healthy reach till its destination packing, randomly Barcode, Tag, Label will be checked for buyers specification and moved for Carton box Packing.
